I got to experience the solar eclipse from the Danish shore. I believe about 80% of the sun was covered. The beach was an interesting gathering of people and their eclipse observing contraptions. I came a little early and swam under the approaching occultation in delightfully smooth water. I had neither glasses nor one of these contraptions, so I tried squinting my camera as much as possible. Most pictures I took were not even visible until I developed them in Lightroom, so you can imagine the nice surprise when I found these!
